Who is Vernita?
Vernita is highly organised and easily interacts with clients and other lawyers. She practices largely in subdivisions and conveyancing. Vernita can also assist clients with easements, council issues for properties being sold or purchased as well as subdivisions and conveyancing.
Vernita graduated as a Legal Executive in 1998 and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives.
The Best Part of the Job
Vernita really enjoys that her job involves interaction with people. She finds it rewarding to be able to assist people in an area of life that can sometimes be difficult for them to navigate their way through.

Vernita is a great problem solver, so practicing law enables her to put that to good use in helping clients work through issues.
Outside Work
Vernita enjoys living in the Warkworth area because it is still a small town with a close community. Vernita is involved in volunteer work within the local community which focuses on helping people deal with social issues they face and working to improve their lives.
